Sur les 1 479 établissements référencés dans la catégorie « Fromageries », 1 307 ont fait l'objet d'au moins un contrôle sanitaire officiel avec une évaluation publiée. 48,4 % d'entre eux ont obtenu la note « Très satisfaisant » lors de leur dernière inspection, soit 15,7 points au-dessus de la moyenne nationale (32,7 %).
Au total, 94,9 % des établissements contrôlés présentent un niveau d'hygiène jugé satisfaisant ou très satisfaisant.
