Sur les 8 123 établissements référencés dans la catégorie « Producteurs fermiers », 7 880 ont fait l'objet d'au moins un contrôle sanitaire officiel avec une évaluation publiée. 54,4 % d'entre eux ont obtenu la note « Très satisfaisant » lors de leur dernière inspection, soit 21,7 points au-dessus de la moyenne nationale (32,7 %).
Au total, 95,7 % des établissements contrôlés présentent un niveau d'hygiène jugé satisfaisant ou très satisfaisant.
