Sur les 4 107 établissements référencés dans la catégorie « Alimentation générale », 3 870 ont fait l'objet d'au moins un contrôle sanitaire officiel avec une évaluation publiée. 39,6 % d'entre eux ont obtenu la note « Très satisfaisant » lors de leur dernière inspection, soit 6,9 points au-dessus de la moyenne nationale (32,7 %).
Au total, 93,2 % des établissements contrôlés présentent un niveau d'hygiène jugé satisfaisant ou très satisfaisant. À l'inverse, 261 établissements présentent des non-conformités nécessitant des actions correctives (« À améliorer » ou « À corriger de manière urgente »).
La tendance sur la période récente : la part d'établissements « Très satisfaisant » a progressé de 37,1 % en 2022 à 44 % en 2024, signe d'une amélioration du niveau d'hygiène local.
